"The Chateau des Jacques 2010 Morgon Cote de Py is yet another of its vintage collection to well outperform my Issue 196 projections and thus merit a newly minted tasting note. Salty, smoky and stony accents to ripe, tart-edged purple plum inform a performance combining richness with levity, animation, refreshment, and above all a refinement of tannin not evidenced when I tasted it from cask. This long-finishing beauty should be savored through 2017."
