All our wines are stored with Crown Wine Cellars, HKQAA certified and one of the most prominent wine storage providers in Hong Kong, in order to ensure your wines are stored at the highest possible standard. For more information, visit: https://www.crownwinecellars.com/cellar/services/
Crown Wine Cellars logistics will deliver your wines in one of their temperature controlled vehicles.
Delivery fee schedule:
|Hong Kong Island||$100||Free Delivery on orders over $3000 (after any applicable discounts)|
|$200||Free Delivery on orders over $3000 (after any applicable discounts)|
|New Territories||$300||Free Delivery on orders over $6000 (after any applicable discounts)|
Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay

Delivery Fee only $300 on orders over $6000 (after any applicable discounts)
We do not delivery to Lantau (except Tung Chung), restricted areas, and outlying islands. Please contact us if you suspect your delivery address is in one of these areas.
Buildings without lift will require extra charge (Please Contact us before placing an order).
Delivery can be arranged 2-3 business days after payment is received. Deliveries are made approximately Mon-Fri 11:00am-5pm and on Sat 10:30am -12:00pm. Please contact us on whatsapp/email for urgent requests (extra charge applicable)
Self pickup can also be arranged within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Pickup will be at Crown Wine Cellars storage facilities at either Tuen Mun or Shouson Hill.
Refunds and Exchanges
Given the nature of wine we do not offer any refunds or exchanges to all sold products. In addition, all products are sold as they are.
Please inspect your delivered items immediately upon receipt to ensure their correctness. In the rare case that wrong items were sent to you or if there were missing items, please contact us so that we can investigate and make correction.
