"This appears to be a potential sleeper of the vintage. It is an abundantly fruity, glycerin-imbued, medium-bodied wine with surprising elegance for its fruit-driven personality. There is plenty of black raspberry and jammy cherry fruit intermixed with subtle new oak. It possesses low acidity, well-integrated moderate tannin, a seamless personality, and a surprisingly fine, concentrated finish. This effort performed well in my tastings, and looks to be an impressive newcomer to the growing list of well-made St.-Emilions."
