The wine initially shows dark fruit and dried cherry, but the bouquet pivots to sweet oak, tobacco, barbecue smoke and campfire ash. Naturalis Historia is quite refined and nuanced, and it offers a very carefully polished and long finish. This is a vintage worthy of your cellar collection."
